Decide on 6: Odds Broncos prepare Trey Lance or Justin Specialization, Rose Namajunas succeeds at UFC, "Nomadland" gains Oscar for greatest image

Take a look at this piece by Joe Nguyen from The Denver Post talking about several important news items for the week. Joe Nguyen recently published this and I decided it was well worth sharing here.

The NFL draft is less than a week away and eyes are on the Broncos to see what they’ll do with the No. 9 overall pick.

Sportsbook BetMGM is leaning toward Denver selecting an offensive player with its first pick, placing the odds at -140 — meaning a $140 bet would win $100. And the chances that pick will be a quarterback sits at -130.

The Broncos are listed among the top handful of teams to land either Ohio State’s Justin Fields (+600) or North Dakota State’s Trey Lance (+300). As for Clemson’s Trevor Lawrence? He’s overwhelming placed as the No. 1 overall pick at -10,000, ahead of BYU QB Zach Wilson (+1,800).

Here’s a look at some of the current odds in the world of sports.
