Jaycee Horn to the Broncos? NFL simulated draft possesses South Carolina cornerback headed towards Denver.

If the Broncos are looking to recapture the swagger of the No-Fly Zone, maybe they should turn to the draft.

Sporting News’ Vinnie Iyer unveiled his latest 2021 NFL mock draft on Monday and has South Carolina cornerback Jaycee Horn headed to the Broncos with the No. 10 overall pick.

“Offensive tackle is no longer a pressing need with Garett Bolles playing very well (finally) and earning his extension,” Iyer writes. “The Broncos might think about a Drew Lock replacement, but cornerback is a big defensive area to address. Horn, the son of former NFL wide receiver Joe Horn, is getting the due he deserves as a big-time corner. His big two-interception game against Auburn fueled an upset as he was the best player on the field in that game. Horn has good size, length, athleticism and physicality.”

Horn, 21, is 6-foot tall and weighs 200 pounds. He’s recorded two interceptions this year for the Gamecocks in seven games before opting out after Will Muschamp was fired as head coach.

The NFL draft will take place April 29-May 1 in Cleveland.
